Services
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (PRC)
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is dedicated support that helps people build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to manage the impacts of psychosocial disability and pursue the life they want.
Peer Support (PS)
Peer Support is intentional connection grounded in lived experience — walking alongside someone who understands mental ill-health from the inside, offering hope, understanding, and practical companionship.
Meet our Founder
I built my career from the ground up — literally. Starting as a mature-age carpentry apprentice in Sydney, I grew a contract crew into a business delivering luxury homes and high-end cladding installations across greater Sydney and the CBD. Moving to Queensland triggered a shift in career to construction project management, where dispute resolution and stakeholder outcomes became my strength.
In 2024, burnout and a long, unnamed battle with anxiety and depression brought my construction career to a halt — what I call my life interruption. It broke me, and it also rebuilt me: I completed my Certificate IV in Mental Health – Peer Support in 2025, driven by a focus on the mental health challenges so many people carry in silence. I don't have it all figured out — I just know what it's like to be in the depths of it, and what it takes to find your way back.
Today, I'm a father, husband and entrepreneur. I identify as Autistic and am part of a proudly neurodiverse household. We don’t have it all figured out, but everyday we do our best and sometimes that's enough. Outside of work, I’m a firm believer in what a good board game can do to bring people together — when the SEQ weather doesn't get us outside first.
Frequently Asked Questions
Peer Support is connection built on shared lived experience while Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is more structured, goal-focused support that helps build skills and coordinate the right support opportunities. Many participants access both.
Peer Support isn't clinical treatment — it's support from someone who has lived through similar challenges themselves, offering understanding, hope, and practical companionship rather than therapy or diagnosis.
S_PPORT is for anyone navigating the impacts of psychosocial disability or mental ill-health.
Sessions are participant-led and can happen in person, by phone, or via video call — the focus is on what matters to the client. Whether that's working toward a specific goal or simply having someone who understands to walk alongside. Our governing support philosophy is 'Your journey, your pace.'
No. S_PPORT is not a registered provider under the NDIS. We are currently able to work with plan and self-managed NDIS clients as well as privately funded clients. Agency managed NDIS clients should seek alternative support.
